1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participation in boxing training, fitness programs, and related physical activities involves inherent risks, I acknowledge that these risks may result in serious injury or death, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation.

2. Medical Clearance
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating I understand it is my responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of my participation in Essentials Boxing Collective’s online programs, I hereby release, waive, and discharge.

4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeremiah Maestre, Jessica Evans, Essentials Boxing Collective, and all affiliates.

5. No Guarantee of Results
I understand that results vary and that no specific outcomes — including improvements in skill, fitness, or performance.

6. Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for Essentials Boxing Collective to use my image, likeness, or testimonials for marketing and promotional.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard.

8. Acknowledgment and Signature
